Character obituary for N190 Project

Sean "Bubba" Comer

Bubba Comer died Saturday October 3rd 2009 in a tragic farming accident at his residence in Russell Springs Kentucky. He was found crushed by a 7 ton boulder that was apparently blasted away from a rock formation on his property. His neighbor, James Taylor, heard the blast from his residence 7 miles away and decided to check on him. It took paramedics several hours to recover Bubba's body from under the boulder due to the remote location of his farm and the lack of heavy machinery in the area.

Sean "Bubba" Comer was born on February 10 1943 in Turkey Neck Bend Kentucky. The only Son of Emmitt and Judith Comer, who preceded him in death, is survived by 1 sister Margarett Earle. Bubba took over his fathers livestock farm and made an honest living raising and selling cattle.

Public viewing will be held Monday the 5th from 6pm to 9pm at the Strode Funeral Home in Russell Springs Kentucky and a memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 11am at the Bug Tussle Church of Christ with a funeral ceremony directly following. Contributions can be made at the Strode Funeral Home or online at Strodesmemorial.com.
